These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of the Smart Ring for Fitness, Stress, Sleep & Health (the “Product”) from Ouraringn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our official website (the “Site”). By placing an order for the Product on the Site, you (“you” or “customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site.

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

1.1 When you submit an order for the Product on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the Product at the price displayed (including any applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees as specified in Section 3).
