At Ouraringn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our Smart Ring for Fitness, Stress, Sleep & Health. This Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for requesting and receiving refunds for orders placed through our official website (the “Site”). By making a purchase on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Return Timeframe: You must initiate a refund request and return the product within 60 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery confirmation). Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise specified in special promotions or due to product defects (see Section 3).
- Product Condition: The Smart Ring must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. This includes:
- All original packaging (e.g., box, protective sleeves) must be intact and unmarked.

- The Smart Ring must not show signs of wear, scratches, tampering, or modification (e.g., altered firmware, damaged sensors).

- Order Type: Refunds apply only to orders placed directly through the Ouraringn Site. Orders made through third-party retailers or resellers are subject to the refund policies of those platforms, and we cannot process refunds for such orders.
2. Refund Request and Return Process

- Date of delivery (from the carrier’s tracking information).

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return instructions, including the address to ship the product back to.
Step 2: Ship the Product Back
- Clearly mark the RA Number on the outside of the return package. Packages without a valid RA Number will be rejected or delayed.
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) to send the product. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments—keep the tracking number for your records.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item), you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If the refund is our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover these costs.
